    Top-tier coaching and advising for high-achieving executives seeking to achieve exceptional leadership results and career trajectories. I will be your trusted advisor and work with you individually for a year.

    This is a bespoke offering for those aiming to reach the pinnacle of their career. I only work with three 1:1 clients each year at this level.

  • Fairway Focus

    Designed to help executives fine-tune their leadership skills and decision-making capabilities or think through some near-term challenges.

    I offer personalized coaching and strategic advice through highly focused 50-minute sessions 2 – 3 times per month for up to 3 months.

  • Greenside Guidance

    Some executives aren’t prepared to make the commitment to full-on coaching but need essential guidance and support to help navigate specific situations on topics ranging from employee and board relations to challenges scaling the business.

    I will be your trusted advisor (3-hour session onsite or via Zoom), and I will stick around for up to 3 months and take your 15 - 30-minute calls as needed.
